You can change your skin in "trophies" on the main page, below the character spawn. You unlock skins with achievements.

You can interact with the practice enemies on the side of the room (run into them or click them)

There are 2 easter eggs, one if you beat the highest score in the leaderboard, and one if you do the title of an achievement somewhere in the game.
